Glitter Bottles

Glitter bottles need only a few supplies to make:

-A plastic water bottle

-Water

-Glitter glue

-Glitter

You could also add sequins, beads, and food dye!

Don't forget to glue the lid shut to keep it from spilling when you're done.

Shake it up and watch the glitter swirl around and slowly become still!

Stress Balls:

Materials You Will Need:

- Empty, dry water bottle (bottom part removed – this will be your funnel)

- Rice, flower or beans (to fill your stress ball)

- 3 balloons

- Scissors

Instructions to make your very own stress ball:

Step 1: Have an adult safely remove the bottom part of your water bottle.

Step 2: Using your dry, empty water bottle place your first balloon around the end and hold on to                 the top part of the balloon so that it doesn’t fall off as you fill the balloon.

Step 3: Carefully scoop your filling (rice, flower or beans) and place into the water bottle and fill the               balloon up as much as you can (leaving enough space at the end to tie a knot).

Step 4:  Carefully hold the end of your balloon and remove it from the water bottle and tie a knot,                  to keep your filling inside your balloon.

Step 5:  Using your second balloon, cut the long part off and place the filled balloon into the                            opening of the second balloon, wrapping it over the filled balloon the best you can.

Step 6:  Repeat step 5 with a third balloon, to help prevent your DIY stress ball from leaking.
