Capacity Building

The Wellness Empowerment Program is here to support parents, educators, and other adults who engage with children and youth. We work to build capacity in our communities to support our children and youth in developing skills for mental well-being. Throughout the school year we facilitate professional development opportunities and parent information sessions. You can also check out our Community page to find us at community events near you.

See below to find other educational resources. Head over to our Mental Health page for information on external resources related to COVID, crisis support, and resources for accessing services non-urgently.
